Matt Southwell has amassed 9 years’ experience in the construction and property industry through his time within different businesses. A number of years were spent with construction firm Evans Harch (now Badge) with a number of roles including leading hand, foreman and contracts administration that span the lifecycle of each construction project. This has been complemented by 5 years within a boutique Commercial Real Estate Agency and Retail Investment and Development Company with roles of sales and marketing, acquisitions, feasibility, market analysis, Due Diligence through to completion.

This experience is further complimented by the completion of a Bachelor of Urban Development (Property Economics and Construction Management) and Certificate 3 in Carpentry.
