Daniel, being the most recent addition to the Ray White Commercial sales team, began working with the team in January 2015 after making the difficult decision to end a 17 year long career in the building industry. Since beginning with the team he has progressed in leaps and bounds and is rapidly becoming a thriving agent.

Daniel has resided in Toowoomba for most of his life after moving from Dalby in 1987. He now resides locally with his wife, Letitia and 3 young boys. He enjoys being involved in the local community, including holding the position of vice-president of the Parents and Friends association of St Thomas More’s school, where his sons attend.

After an extensive career in the building industry including experience as an apprentice carpenter, leading hand, contract administrator and builder, Daniel decided to make a change and to pursue a long time passion for Real Estate. Having bought, sold and invested in both commercial and residential property personally, Daniel has an intimate understanding of his clients’ needs.

Daniel’s recent achievements include the Sales of 19 Pechey Street, 12 Rens Street and the successful Sale at Auction of 166 James Street, he has also been involved in numerous other Sales and Leases.
