Barney joined Ray White Commercial Perth in 2012 after obtaining his Real Estate Sales Representatives Registration. Initially he commenced in Asset Management (Property Management) where he was involved in the day to day management of various commercial, industrial and retail properties.
This gave Barney a good understanding of all facets of commercial real estate. Barney then transferred into the sales and leasing division of Ray White Commercial Perth.
Originally from New Zealand, Barney moved to Perth in 2008 and has settled in the Southern suburbs. He spent many years in the building industry as an electrician after obtaining his trade certificate in 2005 both in New Zealand and Western Australia which has given him a sound of understanding of buildings and development.
Barney is now responsible for the management of the industrial sales and leasing division for the Perth Greater Metro area at Ray White Commercial Perth. Barney is active in both sales and leasing and is consistently achieving outstanding results for his clients.
