Andrew is the Director of Ray White Commercial Canberra and has been in the commercial property industry for over 10 years. Andrew has an overarching management role of the entire Commercial business and is one of Canberra’s most successful Commercial agents.
He has been a partner in Ray White Commercial Canberra for over 4 years and works with our most valued clients to ensure their Commercial property needs are consistently met. He specializes in providing high level sales and leasing services and strategic advice on asset positioning to ensure assets are performing at above market levels.
He has been involved in a large range of high level sale and leasing transactions, recently selling multi million dollar properties in Barton, Braddon, Deakin, Woden, Civic, Belconnen, Mitchell, Phillip and Fyshwick. His leasing success primarily been in the office markets of the CBD, Barton, Deakin and Belconnen. He has recently completed leases to DEEWR, Dept Human Services, Dept of Fisheries and a range of private organisations.
Andrew and the Ray White Commercial Team have recently been appointed to the ACT Government’s LDA land sales panel and have acted as Commercial sales agents on recent mixed developments including Aurora and Element on the Kingston foreshore and Habitat in Braddon.
