Robert Rey is Co-Director & Principal with Brian Kennedy of the successful Ray White Commercial offices at North Lakes & Pine Rivers. Growing up on the Redcliffe Peninsula and having over 15 years real estate experience in the local areas of Pine Rivers, Redcliffe & Caboolture precincts, Robert Reys knowledge of Commercial & Industrial property within these shires is second to none.

Over the past 15 years Robert has negotiated major sales in the Redcliffe/Rothwell area through to North Lakes & Caboolture. Land sales in the industrial market have included over $90 million worth of industrial land within the Deception Bay & North Lakes areas. Sales of iconic sites at Caboolture & Morayfield totaling well over $40 million have also transpired within the last few years.

It is Robert’s belief that agents must possess an understanding of changing market conditions and be able to develop skills to structure deals to suit these conditions. With this in mind and a full understanding of local tenant and owner occupier needs, Robert was able to achieve these sales and numerous others. Robert has also received several significant Ray White International Awards for his personal achievements over the past 15 years.
