A co-founder of Kelly & Kelly Property, Anthony’s career in real estate spans three decades. His specializes in commercial sales & leasing, property management and industrial property development. Previously a Director with Frank Knight for almost ten years, Anthony’s expertise includes preliminary advice, such as sourcing investment opportunities, and a comprehensive understanding of contractual lease obligations.
Anthony concentrates primarily on city-fringe, suburban commercial leasing, with particular focus on pre-commitments, lease & rental negotiation. His attention to detail & efficiency with processes and systems ensure professional management & excellent lease negotiation.
Optimizing clients’ asset performance is Anthony’s first priority. His industry experience and talent for acquiring prime real estate, as well as his tested property disposal strategies, are valued by his clients, especially during fluctuating economic times.
