Our Director – Hanya Oversby
Hanya holds a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma of Management and is the director of the company Specialist Consulting which has provided business solutions for medical specialist practices since 2001.
Hanya is a business professional with extensive Practice Management and Education experience. Importantly her special interest is in working with clients in the areas of business and strategic planning and development. Working with her clients she has also been instrumental in the implementation and accreditation of ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems.
Hanya’s strengths lay in assisting organisations in targeting and delivering the most effective changes required to achieve their strategic goals through Leadership Support, Facilitation, Coaching and Mentoring.
Hanya has also been a director and presenter of ‘The Third Part’™ business educational courses which were specifically designed for the business education of medical specialists.
