Rooms are available for full-day or half-day on session-basis with full secretarial support (Flexible Lease Options Available).
What is included?
Fully Functional Room:
A fully functional medical consulting room with a computer, printer, telephone, basic examination equipment, examination bed, and in-room washbasin.
Professional Medical Secretary and administrative support:
A dedicated secretary as your direct point of contact who will provide secretarial service including but not limited to appointment bookings, patient billings, telephone queries, mail handling, electronic medical record management (email, fax or post).
Integrated Genie Software:
The practice has Genie software where you can choose to integrate your current patient database. No two practitioners will be able to see each others’ patients without permission. If you wish to relocate in the future, you will be able to take your patient database with you.
We provide typing and postage service as part of your sessional rent at no extra cost.
Billings (Medicare, DVA, Health funds, and VMOs) and Banking:
Our staff will bill your patients and do the banking of any cash or cheque at the end of the day. Hospital billing (health funds or VMO) billing services also available.
Prime Location & Onsite Parking:
We are located in Bondi Junction Westfield Tower 2 which is just 10 min drive to St Vincent’s Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital. You will have a dedicated profile on our website which will be managed by the IT team with state-of-art SEO integrations to appear on Google search’s first page. We will also advertise your services to the local GPs and host GP education seminars.

We also have hot desk for doctors to catch up on their work outside of session hours at no extra cost.
